Lisa qualified from the prestigious AECC University College in 2005. She enjoys working in general practice, treating patients of all ages and abilities. Whilst the majority of patients in clinic will present with neck and low back complaints, Lisa can manage many other conditions affecting the shoulder, hips, knees and other extremity joints.
Lisa’s treatment approach incorporates manipulation, mobilisation and soft tissue techniques such as massage, stretching and dry needling. She recognises the need to identify lifestyle factors surrounding the patients’ complaint and how they can better manage their symptoms through simple modifications to their everyday habits.
Lisa has experienced a number of musculoskeletal conditions herself. She explored strength training as a rehabilitation method and has seen significant improvement as a result.
Lisa is an experienced and knowledgeable Chiropractor who is also a qualified personal trainer and can safely introduce the appropriate strength training techniques to further aid patients’ recovery. She is an asset to the team! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 👌🏻
Lisa moved to Harpenden with her husband in 2013 and has loved raising her two daughters here. She enjoys spending time with her family and can be seen out walking with their pony, riding bikes or enjoying a coffee! Lisa is a Town Councillor and trustee of the PARC charity which is delivering a new play park in Rothamsted.
Lisa is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association. If you would like to discuss your complaint to establish whether treatment is suitable for you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch for a courtesy chat.
