Professional Qualifications
Lucy graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2015 with a Master's degree in Osteopathy. With a passion for continuous learning, she has since completed extensive additional training in psychology, including counselling, nutrition, medical acupuncture, K-taping, and rehabilitation through yoga and Pilates mat-work.

Lucy's philosophy centres on treating the whole person, not just symptoms. She combines traditional Osteopathic techniques with her additional qualifications to create personalised treatment plans that address physical, nutritional, and psychological aspects of health. This integrated approach helps patients achieve lasting improvements in their wellbeing.

Areas of Interest
While confident in treating the whole body, Lucy particularly enjoys working with neck, jaw (TMJ), and shoulder conditions. Her knowledge in these areas allows her to effectively treat complex problems including chronic neck pain, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, and shoulder injuries from frozen shoulder to rotator cuff problems.
Lucy treats patients of all ages, from teenagers dealing with sports injuries and postural problems, to adults managing work-related stress and injuries, to seniors focused on maintaining mobility and managing age-related conditions.
