Jasmine is a highly skilled osteopath who graduated with a Distinction in her Master’s Degree in Osteopathy, demonstrating her commitment to clinical excellence and evidence-based patient care. She is also Body Mechanix’s dedicated Mummy MOT Specialist, supporting women throughout pregnancy, postnatal recovery and beyond.
Jasmine is passionate about helping patients overcome pain, improve movement and regain confidence in their bodies. She provides personalised treatment plans for people of all ages and backgrounds, combining hands-on osteopathic care with practical advice to achieve long-lasting results.
Jasmine believes in treating the root cause of pain rather than simply relieving symptoms. She uses a range of hands-on osteopathic techniques, including manual therapy, spinal and joint mobilisation, soft tissue treatment and sports massage to reduce pain, restore mobility and improve function.
Where appropriate, she also incorporates kinesiology taping and personalised rehabilitation exercises to support recovery, improve movement patterns and reduce the risk of future injuries.
Jasmine has a particular interest in women’s health and postnatal rehabilitation. As a qualified Mummy MOT Specialist, she provides comprehensive postnatal assessments following both vaginal and caesarean births.
A Mummy MOT is designed to assess how your body is recovering after pregnancy, including your posture, pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and overall movement. Following your assessment, Jasmine creates a personalised rehabilitation programme that may include manual treatment, targeted exercises and expert guidance to help you recover safely, reduce pain and return to exercise with confidence.
Whether you’re experiencing pelvic pain, lower back pain, abdominal weakness or simply want reassurance that your body is healing well, Jasmine offers compassionate, expert care tailored to your individual recovery.
