Dave is the friendly face working behind the scenes to keep Body Mechanix running smoothly. From answering emails and managing appointments to processing invoices and supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic, Dave plays an important role in ensuring both patients and practitioners have the best possible experience.
Although you may not see him in a treatment room, chances are you’ve already spoken to Dave over the phone or received an email from him. He’s often the first point of contact for new patients, helping with bookings, answering questions and making sure every visit runs as seamlessly as possible.
Dave works closely with the clinical team to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the practice, allowing the therapists to focus on what they do best, providing exceptional patient care. His organised approach, attention to detail and willingness to help with anything and everything make him an invaluable member of the Body Mechanix family.
Every great clinic needs a friendly face, and Ted proudly fills that role at Body Mechanix. As the clinic’s unofficial Chief Happiness Officer, Ted is responsible for welcoming visitors, boosting morale and ensuring there’s always a smile waiting at reception.
Patients and visitors alike quickly become fans of Ted’s calm nature and wagging tail. Whether he’s greeting familiar faces, supervising the team from his favourite spot or simply enjoying a well-earned nap between visitors, Ted brings warmth and personality to the clinic every day.
Although he doesn’t hold any clinical qualifications, Ted is highly experienced in making people feel relaxed before their appointment and reminding everyone to take a moment to slow down.
When he’s not busy keeping an eye on the clinic, Ted enjoys long walks, treats, belly rubs and making sure no snack goes unnoticed.
He may not answer the phones or send the emails, but Ted is certainly an important member of the Body Mechanix family—and one of the most popular too.
